Return & Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will be more than happy to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return your item after you have received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all accessories as well. You must also need your receipt for proof of purchase. Do NOT send an item back to us before contacting us and receiving an RGA.
Firearms must be returned unused and in new condition within 5 days of receipt from the receiving FFL dealer. If the 5 days have past but within the 14 calendar days and the firearm has been unused and in new condition, you will be given a credit in which you can use on another item.
A 25% restocking fee on all items will be applied to all online orders.
We are responsible for shipping and shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once the item has been received, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. We will then contact you notifying you of the status of your refund after inspection process has been done. If the item is approved, we will then initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will then receive the credit amount depending upon the days the card issuer’s policy is.
